Hennessy is a consistent winner of quality and safety awards.

Over the years several of our projects have won Excellence in Construction awards from the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), most recently for our renovation and addition to The Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg.
In addition, The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties also recognized Hennessy's work on the Mahaffey Theater as "Outstanding Re-Hab Building Project - Public Sector".

We have attained the distinction of becoming an ABC Accredited Quality Contractor, and have received an ABC STEP Award - Platinum Level - for achievement and ongoing efforts in the development of a quality safety program for several years running. We have also received the Suncoast Safety Council Award, the Perfect Record Vehicle Safety Award, ABC Safety Excellence Award, National Safety Committee S.T.E.P. Award and the Occupational Merit Award from the National Safety Council.

The Tampa Bay Business Journal has named Hennessy one of the 50 fastest growing companies in the Tampa Bay Area, and one of the Top 25 General Contractors.
