How does my company get on Hennessy's bid list?

In order to work with Hennessy, every subcontractor must go through a prequalification process through our accounting department.  Please download and complete the Subcontractor Prequalification form below .  Return the completed form and all requested documentation via fax to (727) 822-5726 or mail to the attention of Alan Lukas, Vice President.  All subcontractor information will remain confidential.
