This was a phased project. The first phase converted the existing facilities building to a laundry room, replaced roof, HVAC systems, and ceilings in the Food Service building and Faculty Offices; replaced HVAC systems in Great Hall and Crummer Classrooms/Offices; replaced one chiller and relocated one chiller to new chiller yard and connected chillers to existing and new systems.

All work was performed while classes were in session with a coordinated schedule to accommodate exam periods and other scheduled events.
