Westminster Palm View

Hennessy Construction Services is proud to announce a new project which will further strengthen our ongoing relationship with Westminster Communities of Florida. The Westminster Palm View project is scheduled to undergo an eight month renovation of the existing 15-story building.  The retirement home, located to the North of the Vinoy off of Beach Drive, has 132 units, all of which are scheduled to be fully gutted and renovated with new chilled water/central air systems, new impact window systems, new electrical systems, new fire sprinkler system, and new finishes in the kitchens, bathrooms and living areas.  Add on a new roof system and new exterior paint, plus improvements to existing parking and Westminster will have another great community for active seniors.
