Hennessy’s retail market experience includes both new construction, and renovation of banks, strip centers, restaurants and hotels, without interruption to on-going services and facilities.

This project is a 3,500 square foot new branch bank in West Tampa.  Due to poor soil conditions, a ductile driven piling system was utilized with concrete grade beams and slab-on-grade. The exterior walls are masonry with stucco and architectural face brick.  Roof system is wood truss with shingles. The entry and drive-thru have GRC columns with stucco features.

Site work included clearing, tree removal and protection, stormwater drainage and retention systems, drives, curbs, walkways, and site utilities. Scope also included providing support systems to receive Owner's equipment and make necessary plumbing, mechanical and electrical connections.

This project is a 3,540 square foot new branch bank in the Wesley Chapel area of Tampa.  The site includes utilizing an extensive amount of existing landscaping plants and trees along two sides of the property providing an overall lush new landscape.

Construction of the branch includes a stucco and architectural brick exterior, a rich array of interior and exterior wood trim, and porcelain tile throughout.
