This new Synovus Bank branch and multiple tenant office building is located at the intersection of busy Roosevelt Boulevard and 28th Street North in St. Petersburg. The building is structural steel with architectural pre-cast wall panels with an aluminum curtain wall at the main entrance.

Scope included complete site development, construction of a littoral shelf in an existing detention pond, and construction of a new DOT turn lane on Roosevelt Boulevard. Interior work included tenant build-out of the third floor with reception area, offices, and a Synovus corporate training facility.
