This Tuscana Ristorante was constructed during the school year, with classes in session. Hennessy has worked with Southeastern University since 2000, to provide campus expansion for this rapidly growing private university.

The masonry and structural steel building has a light-gauge steel truss, modified bitumen and tile roofing system. Built in the Mediterranean style with stucco exterior to match other buildings on campus, the main dining room features a 20+ foot clerestory. There are both indoor and outdoor dining areas, banquet rooms, a president’s dining room, commercial kitchen and food preparation areas, kitchen staff offices, and food storage facilities.
