The University contracts with multiple construction management firms to perform miscellaneous minor contract work throughout their campus network.  This contract is for those projects with a value of $1 million or less. Hennessy completed two consecutive 2-year terms with the University. Hennessy has demonstrated to the University their ability to handle multiple contracts without interruptions to the University on their busy campus settings.

Within this four year period, projects ranged from 900 sf toilet room renovations to a 6,900 sf Welcome Center renovation and addition.  The largest contract was the University’s golf course renovation on the Tampa campus for a contract value of just under $900,000.
