This project was the first phase of redevelopment of this complex and was funded by a Community Development Block Grant. Scope included the removal of three existing, 2-story masonry buildings and construction of two 3-story apartment homes and two 2-story town homes for a total of 21 units. Work also included complete site development of the affected areas within the existing complex.
Each building is masonry on the ground floor with hollow-core plank between floors, wood framing on the second story with wood truss and metal roof systems. Interiors have laminate flooring, insulated windows, ADA accessible appliances and bathrooms.
