This project was fast tracked with design starting in January 2000 and contract substantial completion February 10, 2001.  Hennessy experienced great cooperation from the Hillsborough County Economic Development Board, who allowed separate phased permitting for site, foundations and building, thereby accelerating the project.  Weekly team meetings with an effective “spirit of cooperation” kept the project on track.  Scope included a structural steel building with curtain wall and a combination of aluminum with curtain wall glass and EIFS cladding.  Interior included an employee kitchen with dining room, state-of-the-art electronic HVAC systems and emergency back-up generator system.
