Thank You Luncheon at the Don CeSar

Hennessy Construction Services is completing a $7,000,000 renovation at the historic Loews Don CeSar Hotel, located on St Pete Beach.  All guest suites are receiving updates, which include new Crema Marfil Counter Tops, new Doors, Electrical Changes, new Drywall Ceilings, new Carpet, Millwork, Paint, and new Furnishings.

• All 274 room updates were scheduled for completion in a brisk 2 1/2 month period - during the busy holiday season – and leading up to the Don CeSar’s peak season in February/March.  

• The first major milestone was taking over and delivering all of the 7th, 6th and one-half of the 4th floors in just 23 days.  

• Hennessy Construction crews worked seven days a week to successfully deliver the 107 luxury rooms one day early, to satisfy a special event at the Don CeSar.

In appreciation for this effort, the Don CeSar served a wonderful, fully-catered luncheon in one of the grand ballrooms overlooking the Gulf of Mexico for 60 of the workers that made this phase a success.  It was another great day at the Don CeSar on the beach.
