SURREY PLACE HEALTH CENTER RENOVATION The Surrey Place Health Center Renovation project involves converting an existing 16,485 sf assisted living facility in Bradenton into a skilled nursing facility. The project includes renovating 22 patient rooms and 1 transition suite as well as a common area that includes a therapy gym, dining area, soiled utility and clean linen rooms, and a large nurse’s station. Hennessy will also be installing a new 200 kw generator to replace the existing generator servicing the facility. The facility will be inspected by AHCA to demonstrate compliance with all of their regulations. This project started in November of 2011 and is schedule to be completed in late April of 2012.
