Hennessy Construction Services has completed a $7,000,000 renovation at the historic Loews Don CeSar Hotel, located on St Pete Beach.  All guest suites have received updates, which include new Crema Marfil Counter Tops, new Doors, Electrical Changes, new Drywall Ceilings, new Carpet, Millwork, Paint, and new Furnishings.

 

 

 
  • All 274 room updates were completed in 90 days - two weeks ahead of schedule - during the busy holiday season – and leading up to the Don CeSar’s peak season in February/March.

    A major makeover of the Lobby, Lobby Bar and the Sea Porch Restaurant was completed with no disruption to the ongoing Hotel Operations.
