Hennessy Construction Services is very proud to announce the Woodland Corporate Office has earned Gold LEED Certification.

Woodland Corporate Office earned 37 points out of 37 points submitted for a Gold level certification.

The Hennessy project team worked especially hard and achieved an Exemplary Performance Credit by diverting 95.4% of the generated construction waste from landfills. This, along with the collaboration from the design team, Green Time, LLC, and the owner, Liberty Property Trust, made for a successful submission to the USGBC.
