There are several ways to receive a Notice of Commencement:

NOTE:  Please remember that projects with a municipality as the Owner are not required to file a Notice of Commencement and cannot be liened.

1. Click on the link below for the appropriate municipality for the project.  Most municipalities have public documents available for download through their website.   They are also available directly through the municipalities' office of public records.
