Museum Celebrates Completion
of Hazel Hough Wing

Bronson Alexander, President of Hennessy Construction Services

The Museum of Fine Arts located in St. Petersburg celebrated the completion of the new Hazel Hough Wing recently at a gala attended by more than 1,200 patrons.

Among the guests celebrating the successful completion of the project was the president of Hennessy Construction, Bronson Alexander (pictured left), as well as Senior Project Manager Robert Gibson and Senior Superintendent Mark McClearnon. "Hennessy Construction built the original museum in 1965, and it is an honor to be back 40 years later to be a part of such an exciting and important project in our community."

The $21.2-million project, which was completed by Hennessy Construction on time and under budget, doubles the museum's square footage and includes 7,000 square feet of new gallery spaces for special exibitions.
