After reviewing with the client their needs, budget, and time restraints, we assemble a design/build team of professionals that will meet these conditions and fit well with the personality of the client. Each phase of the design process forces the team to analyze all systems and evaluate the cost and schedule implications. Costly re-designs are eliminated and collective decisions are reached that will benefit the project and protect the client's interests. accidents" goal. We recognize our duty to provide a safe
and healthy workplace for all employees. Even in this day
of outsourcing, we think it is more effective to have a full-time
safety director on staff. He conducts company-wide safety
training and monitors our jobsite safety practices and conditions.
Frequent jobsite visits and ongoing instruction ensure that
Hennessy employees and subcontractors work safely. |
